HOW TO USE
- Release the outer straps from the brace.
- Place the brace around your waist to the required tension.
- Pull the outer straps for more tension.
BRACE SIZE
The support is available in 9 sizes to provide for a perfect fit. To ensure you receive the correct size it’s important you measure your waistline at the height you expect to wear the belt. Do not rely on your pants size as this may be smaller than your waistline. Then use the sizes below to choose your correct size and order from the drop down menu above.
Small: 60-80cm (20-31”)
Medium: 70-85cm (28-35”)
Large: 80-100cm (32-39”)
XLarge: 90-110cm (35-43”)
XXLarge:100-120cm (39-48”)
3XLarge:110-130cm (43-52”)

All orders received are shipped within 24 hours from Southport QLD. Orders are usually shipped on the same day if placed by 1pm. Our national distribution centre is located in Southport QLD and all orders are dispatched from this centre.

It’s very good really just that if I stretch the extra straps for awhile it hurts my IBS gut. It does make my lower back stronger from the triangular support and I can sit easier with it on. I recently purchased an AUS PHYSIO back brace belt and have only used it a few times. It is very easy to put on and adjust and I wasn’t confident enough to go for my walk around the block but with the belt on I was able to and do my normal walk
